Serious lack of blog updates. Moving next weekend, and with the rain don’t have time for photography. Took a break from packing today to bug the cat with the camera. He actually posed for a while.

Spent the afternoon at my cousins place. Dawn has a cat named Sassy that goes wa whenever she wants something. Like petting, food, etc. Pretty frequent. But the cat damn cute anyway! Also took some photos of birds, trying to master my new camera. Still loving it.

George C Reifel Sanctuary

George C Reifel Sanctuary on the mouth of the Fraser River is similiar to the Blue Heron Reserve. The difference being The Reifel Sanctuary has a bit more diversity in Waterfowl. Here is a link to the website.

Tiger Butterfly

As far as I can tell from searches this is a Tiger Butterfly taken at the butterfly museum. The butterfly museum is located in Victoria near the ferry terminal. Its worth stopping in for a visit.
