One of the best outdoor Christmas trees I have seen. In Quebec City with the Wall of Quebec and Chateau Frontenac in the background.

Joyeaux Noël from Quebec City. We landed on the 23rd and have done a lot of shopping, eating and sleeping. Christmas in Quebec is all about food and family. I have managed to not eat excessively for once though.
You might have noticed some changes to http://blog.photodreamz.net I’ve switched to The Wordpress Platform from pixelpost. While I like pixelpost it did not offer enough flexibility for more then just photos. This blog is becoming more then photos which I needed. Here is a blog post on how to make the Switch yourself.
Thanks to @acedrew on twitter, and several hours of troubleshooting I’ve managed to import everything but the comments. Which I dont mind hand coding in at some point.
If you come accross any errors please let me know. I have customized a template and will likely keep it making changes as I go.
A new year brings new changes. Hope everyone had a great 2009 and is ready for 2010. I know I am and wanted the added flexibility to be able report on the 2010 olympics a bit more.
Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year.

If you love the Christmas Season you have got to go spend it in Quebec City. Christmas Village in the old part of Downtown Quebec, turns into a North Pole wonderland. After 4 years in a row of visiting Quebec city at Christmas I still find new panoramas and am excited about taking photos there. The village is usually covered in snow making it a winter wonderland.
Quebec city is rich with architecture, history and culture. Contrary to popular belief the french are warm and friendly. If you make an effort to speak the language they definitely appreciate it.
Although I have not been the Carnival Bonhomme is a magical time to visit Quebec. At some point I hope to go and see the Ice Castle myself.
