Looking through my photos of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games. I am quite pleased with the results. Its definitely time for a new camera and to take my photography to the next level. I took a few hundred photos and about a dozen of them really stand out to me. It was a fantastic experience and I’d do it over again in a heartbeat. There was also a lot that I missed, but life goes on. Seems strange that its over.
Here’s my Vancouver 2010 Games Photography Round-up. There are way too many photos to post them all so this is a sample of my favorites.
I love this image. Makes me feel small and big at the same time.

Double Dragon Dance Mass Tai Chi Richmond Ozone
One of my favorite spots. With the run of sunny warm weather it was a great place for photographing crowds. And there were lots of them.
The Pin Trading. I even got into the action
The Olympic Cauldron
The Vectorial Light Show. Simply breathtaking.
The Street Performers - Break Dancers

The Olympics are gone. All we are left with are memories, and the up-coming
paralympic games.
The streets seem so empty and quiet. It’s almost like the Vancouver 2010 Winter games never happened.

This is why I love Vancouver reason #100. March 2nd and We’ve got Cherry Blossoms in Full Bloom. This was shot behind Burrard Skytrrain station in Vancouver. I think I’ll do a 100 posts on why I love Vancouver counting backwards. May take a while but I’ll get there.
